Clubhouse Facilities and Marina el Wadi Dome
Egypt's First Sailing Centre Whether you are interested in learning how to sail, or you are an experienced sailor, DMSC can accommodate your sailing pursuits. Our facilities are unique to Egypt water activities as we are one of the few Centres along the Red Sea that can offer an expansive sandy beach. When you aren't out on the water, you can enjoy relaxing beach side either along the sea, or under the covered seating area. We encourage our members to find the Sailing Centre as their community club, overseeing that the club premises maintain an inviting presence in the Dome Marina resort community. We are excited to offer to all members and guests a venue for special functions and post-sailing social activities. Our location in Dome Marina Resort offers two restaurants, a bar and a sitting area, all on a beautiful beach-side setting. The Resort also has a hotel within walking distance of the club. Boats Operating Schedule During the season, the fleet is operational every day from 9:30 a.m. until dusk. In the event of inclement or dangerous weather, the Commodore may restrict access to the boats at any time during the season. DMSC boats are available to members only. There are also boats for sale occasionally. We offer free advice for purchasing your own sailboat. Our Yachting Marina is advantageously located for sailing vessels traveling north and south in the Red Sea. It is a great stopping point for most Red Sea yachting destinations.
